------------------------------------

Hello. I'm writing to ask for help for the first time in my life. I have had a really hard life but worked as much as possible in this poor economy, now I can't work due to back problems from an injury while working.

The girl ive been with for 7 years works but isnt enough to pay all of the bills while i stay at home with our new 8 month old son. We purchased a home that looked liveable, put 8,000 dollars into it because further inspection, noticed that the whole frame was rotted and there is mold everywhere. We are tapped out of funds and our son came a month early before i could finish rebuilding the home the best i could, barely sleeping nor eating. This was all covered up when we moved in (hidden). we have no family and the neighborhood is nowhere to raise a child. people get murdered and the drug traffic is horrible. So we have nobody to turn to for help. we have lived in a tent 3 times in our lives due to jobloss. now that we have a son, im trying to keep us from living on the streets again. I can go on and on with all the pain and suffering we have been through and still are going through but i dont feel its neccesary. Im asking for some kind of help. We are in desperate need of a break in life and hope that you can help us. We recently got on our feet but then it all got taken from us when we lost our car to an accident. We dont hand with people because we lost our faith in them due to constant theft or drama. my main goal is to take care of my family and thats why im writing you right now. Please help me so i can make a better life for my family and suround them with better people and opportunities.

Let's see how would I start this...I'm new to this...so please bare with me...Okay.. I have been happily married to my husband for almost four years now. It will be four years on 12/20. We have three wonderful girls. Two of our girls are from a previous relationship. We are a young couple with minimal support from our families. So we learn and together and we do the best that we can. We both finished high school and attended collage...I had to leave due to the collage being too expensive to me...plus I didn't know what I was doing...No one in my family attended collage...So getting help from them was like pulling teeth, they didn't know what to tell me. I have this wonderful family that I would love to give the world but at this time I can't afford to do so.I really would love to open up a baby store...I don't even know where to start with that...I do know I would need a business proposal...I don't even know how to do one of those..It can seem kind of overwhelming to me. I would love to get some advice on how i could start this process maybe some classes or even someone else with a excelling business could share stepping stones to there success with me will be great.

first time home buyer grants

I have not owned a home before. Have opertunity to get a good price on a home but do not have money for domn payment and still have some debt. I also have a daughter that only gets to stay with me part of the time. Recantly I was in court concerning the time I get with my daughter and the judge ruled that I need to have " a seprate bedroom" for my daughter. Instead of finding a nother rental me and my wife feel that we need to buy a house.

Low income, first time homebuyer

We are a low income family of three, who recieve Section 8 Rental Assistance in Kentucky.  Recently, we found a mobile home for sale by the owner, at the reasonable price of $5500.00.  We would like to purchase the home and have saved a small amount of money toward a down payment, however we have little credit, and no one to be cosigner for a bank loan.

We need information concerning any program, loan or grant that could be offered to help us buy this home.  We have been recipients of Section 8 for a year now, however we do not work full time, instead we attend school full time.

Thank you
